From strategic event development to on-site delivery, we combine detailed planning with deep industry knowledge to ensure every element is perfected.

OUR TEAM
ADAM MCDONALD
Adam is a director and founder of EMG, bringing 15 years of experience across large‑scale events and festivals.
He has held Event Director roles on the Auckland Marathon and Hawke’s Bay Marathon, and now oversees all operations for Trademark Live’s portfolio of concerts and festivals — including New Zealand’s largest electronic shows such as Fisher at Victoria Park and Hagley Park.

SAM ELLIS
Sam brings over 10 years of experience across the New Zealand, Australian, and UK event industries.
His background includes operations manager and race director roles on some of New Zealand’s largest mass‑participation events.
Internationally, Sam has managed major music events and worked with World Rugby as a Venue Overlay Manager.

SHILOH ELERS
Shiloh is an experienced site and operations manager who has delivered countless mass‑participation and entertainment events, including a decade as IRONMAN NZ’s Venue Manager.
With a Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Shiloh is known for leading confident crews, and embedding practical safety into every stage of delivery.

JADE BOSMAN
Jade is an experienced Event Manager, with a background spanning major festivals, community, and corporate events, she brings deep expertise in planning, stakeholder management, and end‑to‑end event delivery.
Jade excels at building strong teams, refining operational systems, and guiding complex projects from concept to execution.
